This AI Trick is Helping Wellness Women Entrepreneurs Go Viral Without the Burnout
You Don’t Need to Be a Tech Whiz to Write Social Media That Connects - You Just Need the Right Prompts
Feeling overwhelmed by tech? You’re not alone. If you’re a wellness entrepreneur in your 40s, 50s or 60s who built your business on referrals, relationships and real-life results, the world of online content and AI tools can feel... daunting. Even frustrating.
You might be thinking:
"I just want to help people, not learn a new language."
"AI feels cold/robotic, and my work is anything but."
"Social media sucks up my time, and I never know what to post."
AI doesn’t have to be robotic. It can actually be beautifully human when used right, yes, you read that correctly. Think of it like a wellness ally - a supportive tool that helps you stay in your zone of genius while handling the parts that drain you.
In this blog, I’ll show you how to use AI tools like ChatGPT and Jasper to craft heart-led messaging and soulful storytelling for your wellness business. Whether you're a coach, healer, therapist, retreat owner or nutritionist, you’ll leave with simple, action-ready strategies to write engaging posts in minutes - not hours.
Using my Ai for Technophobes, step by step simple AI framework for soulful heart-led answers- while also remembering the 80% AI and 20% of your own magic content rule.
Why Social Media Prompts Are Essential for Wellness Businesses
Your business is built on trust, empathy and connection. But when you're staring at a blank screen trying to write something "engaging," that’s “aimed at your ideal client” it can feel painful - a bit like pulling teeth. Eeek!
AI Prompts for Social Media take the guesswork out of content creation. They give you a starting point that:
Sparks conversation and engagement
Shows off your values and personality
Builds trust and loyalty
Makes your content feel consistent (even when you’re not)
With the right prompts, AI can act like a gentle co-writer and brand storming partner, helping you say what’s in your heart - but more clearly, more confidently, and, in a noisy online world, more often. The more you repeat your message, the more likely your ideal client is likely to see and engage with it, sparking that ‘oh, I NEED this’ feeling about your service offering, brand or product.
How I Discovered the Power of AI (and Why It Changed Everything)
I’m Gaynor, the founder of AI For Technophobes, a former lifestyle magazine editor and digital marketer, and I’m also a property developer. Back when Covid hit, I moved my family to the Mediterranean in search of a healthier, slower, more grounded life. Sun, sea and simplicity beckoned. But, while my lifestyle changed overnight (plenty more sunshine and slow mornings), my work as a content expert and digital marketer took a surprising turn.
Clients were suddenly online more than ever. They needed help showing up authentically. And so many of them, brilliant, soulful women, were completely overwhelmed by all things tech, and how to show up online authentically.
That’s when I found AI. I studied it, I trained hard, I LOVED the results it could produce, and quickly too. Lots of friends were asking me about it. And that’s when I had an epiphany and I realised: if I could teach technophobes how to use it, in a way that felt good and empowering, it could really help lots of women in wellnes, how to show up authentically in the online space.
And it has.
Just ask Martine Shelley, healer and founder of The Mother Line Healing Programme:
“AI for Technophobes turned my ramblings into complete sense! After just a single 1-1 call with Gaynor, she found my voice, refined my messaging, and crafted months of content that transformed my business. I cried when I read what she had written. I felt seen, heard and powerful.”
How to Use ChatGPT and Jasper to Create Soulful Prompts
You don’t need to understand how the tech works. You just need to know what to ask for, eg: How to craft a compelling prompt. You see, AI is rubbish, without the right instructions - much like us humans!
So, here are my top tips for beginners in AI to craft a great prompt.
These tools are like smart assistants: the better your question, the better your content.
Here’s how to get started, you can just change the content in Italics to suit your audience / niche Give it a try.
Log into your AI platform of choice either, www.openai.com/chatgpt or https://www.jasper.ai/
Step 1: Tell AI who you are. Example: "I am a wellness entrepreneur who helps midlife women heal their gut through holistic nutrition. You want to sound calm, confident and encouraging."
Step 2: Ask for tips that fit your niche. Example: "Please give me 10 social media post ideas that educate and inspire women in their 40s who struggle with energy, digestion and bloating."
Step 3: Personalise the language. This is the most important part: Tweak what it gives you so it sounds like YOU. Keep your tone warm, conversational and, this is essential, human.Or, if you’re more playful, ask the AI to
Step 4: Batch it. Once you find a prompt format you love, ask for 20 more.
Then cut and paste those answers into a content Document, on Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Word or your mobile phone notes and paste them in each time you post on your socials, or use them to create a batched month of content in just one sitting.
This is THE content trick that's helping your competitors go viral. Clever, compelling content posted more frequently is exactly what social media and SEO blog algorithms are pushing right now.

Top Tips for Creating Heart-Led Content That Connects = Viral Cheat Sheet
Less selling, more serving: Use AI prompts that start conversations, not just conversions
Use your voice: If it sounds too robotic, rewrite it. You know your audience best. Remember to use the 80% to 20% rule, we discussed above.
Create safety: Avoid overwhelming language like "must" or "should"
Anchor in emotion: Share what you feel, what your clients feel, and what your audience is likely feeling too
Do not upload your personal details to the AI, things liek your date of birth or anything that’s too personal. You can add anything like that in later if you need to.
Always check facts. Best not to use AI for things like medical advice, and always fact check everythign as a rule of thumb. AI is not perfect!
Why You Can’t Afford to Ignore This
AI is no longer "the future" -it’s here, and it’s still in its infancy - imagine how good AI will be in 3 years time! Your competitors are learning how to use it. Some of them are already ahead.
This isn’t about keeping up. It’s about staying true to your voice while reaching more people who need you so you can impact and transform their lives with your gift. AI is just the tool. Your heart is still the strategy.
